RE³ Optimization Systems – originally called Next Generation
Filtration Systems -- was formed in September of 2007 to further the development
of an oil and hydraulic bypass system that was designed by Ken and John Geiger.
|
|
|
|
The following individuals comprise the executive leadership of RE³
Optimization Systems: |

- Kenneth Geiger, President
An experienced Navy veteran specializing in survival training and
communications, Ken has owned his own business for more than 40 years. In every
field where he’s worked, he’s encountered the same problem: the unpredictable
failure of equipment due to excess wear. With experience in mechanical and
electrical system design and the repair of heavy equipment, Ken developed the
RE³ Optimization System product in 2006 and has been working
diligently to bring it to market.

- John Geiger, Vice President
While serving in the United
States Marine Corps, John attended several schools dedicated to mechanics and
advanced diesel mechanics. Following his tour of duty, he was hired as a
subcontractor with Allied Signal, a division of Honeywell, to provide technical
support to overseas operations with the Marine Corps. John has worked with
advanced filtration systems for the past 15 years, initially through the
purchase of a US franchise for a filtration system made in Italy, and since
2006, as a maintenance manager for Appleton of Auburn, a division of Casella
Waste Management in New York.

- Peter Canovali, CEO
A veteran of the United States Air
Force, Pete has more than 45 years of business experience helping several
national and international firms implement their merger and acquisition
strategies more efficiently. Pete currently performs dual roles as President of
FPG Energy Alternatives and Managing Director of Premier Capital Advisors. As
CEO for RE³ Optimization Systems, he provides management and
leadership advice and has been instrumental in introducing the RE³
product to a wide variety of test markets. Pete’s sense of vision, business
acumen and ability to create winning strategies are propelling RE3 Optimization
Systems to the next level.

- William Cline, Secretary
Bill currently serves as
Managing Director of Premier Capital Advisors, bringing more than 30 years of
business and corporate CFO experience to his role as secretary for RE³
Optimization Systems. With a Masters of Science degree from Carnegie-Mellon
University’s Graduate School of Industrial Affairs (GSIA), Bill brings advanced
business analysis and planning skills to the RE³ team, helping to
streamline management reporting processes and positively impact the company’s
bottom line.
